Multiplex – Queenslea

Blending Timeless Materials with Modern Architecture

Terracotta Façade and Feature Elements for Queenslea

Constructive PD partnered with Multiplex to deliver a striking combination of timeless materials and contemporary design for the Queenslea development in Claremont. This high-profile project required the integration of unique façade systems and feature elements to achieve both aesthetic and functional goals.

The scope included the installation of a terracotta façade system, which added a natural and refined texture to the building’s exterior. Profiled metal cladding was used to create sleek and modern lines, while aluminium feature battens provided depth and visual interest. Together, these elements resulted in a standout architectural design that complements the surrounding urban landscape.
