Crafting Community Spaces with Local Timber and Sustainable Design
CPD Regional was awarded the $1 million contract to provide structural timber, facade cladding, and feature timber solutions for the Eaton Bowling Club’s rebuild, a key project for the Eaton community. This multi-use facility, funded by the Shire of Dardanup and the State Government, offers space for local community groups, public functions, and more. The new building seamlessly integrates the Eaton Bowling Club and Eaton Senior Citizen Association, creating a modern, accessible facility with dedicated function rooms and enhanced kitchen areas.
The structure, built using locally sourced Wespine timber, combines a modern, airy aesthetic while respecting the design heritage of the original building. Overlooking the scenic Collie River Foreshore, the building complements its natural surroundings and delivers enhanced street appeal.
CPD Regional’s collaboration with BGC Regional continues a strong relationship, showcasing a commitment to delivering iconic community structures across WA’s South West.
