Innovative Design Meets Functionality in Education Facilities
Constructive PD collaborated with Icon to deliver a striking façade and sunshade solution for the redevelopment of Shenton College Senior High School. As a leading education facility in Perth, this project required innovative materials and precise craftsmanship to meet both functional and aesthetic objectives.
The scope included the supply and installation of CNC-patterned Equitone façade cladding, adding a modern and bespoke design to the school’s exterior. CPD also installed durable CFC soffit linings and prefinished aluminium sunshade window surrounds, enhancing energy efficiency while complementing the building’s contemporary aesthetic.
The intricate CNC patterns on the Equitone cladding provided a unique and modern architectural feature, elevating the building’s exterior design.
External aluminium sunshade window surrounds reduced glare and heat gain, improving energy efficiency and student comfort.
CPD installed robust and low-maintenance CFC soffit linings, ensuring durability and a clean finish for overhead structures.
CPD’s attention to detail and use of innovative materials resulted in a design that meets the high standards of modern education facilities.
Creating and installing the custom CNC-patterned Equitone panels required advanced engineering and precise execution.
