Constructive PD was awarded a $6 million facade cladding contract for Multiplex’s Next DC P2 Data Centre project in the Perth CBD.
This data centre is an important digital interconnectivity hub for Perth’s digital-first businesses. Data centres require high-performance building materials, exceptional air tightness, stable temperature management and fire resistance. The cladding on the 65-metres high building was no exception.
Enveloped in insulated and recessed cassette panels, we clad the exterior by hoisting panels up from the ground and installing them from the inside. The result is a modern and striking architectural facade that is durable, climate-controlled and fully compliant.
Constructive PD worked collaboratively with Multiplex on this complex project to deliver innovative design and quality workmanship.
